in addition to an excellent product the staff at online backup vault knows their system cold and the support of their product is 2nd to none.

I have been using onlinebackupvault.com now for about 5 months. they saved my companys’ ass..
they offer a really good backup service at very fair pricing…they do not compete as well in the residential arena as they do in the commercial arena. i am very happy with online backup vault

We have been using OnlineBackupVault.com for about a year for home and office. Like Timothy said OBV residential is fairly priced and a decent product, however their commercial product is really second to none, and more importantly the staff at online backup vault is second to none. their system comes with free backup agents for exchange, sql, lotus etc.
